A makeover challenge show with a twist.

Put together one extremely run-down trailer park, several deserving families, one trailer park manager and one over the top enthusiastic host and what do you get? The Answer is Trailer Park Tycoon.

The success of every show features a race against time on a project while the trailer park manager is sent away for a week.

The lives of lucky trailer park families are forever changed when their trailers and/or the trailer parks they live in has received a makeover. These makeovers include new roofs, paint, floors, windows, siding, roads, flower boarders along new walkways, playgrounds, landscaping and a new club house.

Each Episode begins when the host surprises trailer park families with the news that their trailers and/or trailer park has been chosen to receive a makeover. Viewers witness not only the unbelievable transformation, but during the final and emotional finale when the trailer park manager returns they see how the makeover has impacted the lives of all these deserving families.
